SOS provides:

• Physical Devotion Cards

• Mobile application (iOS and Android)

• Subscription-based faith tools

• Group features and leaderboards

• AI-powered Faith Guide
   

You agree to use these tools for lawful and personal purposes only.

Certain features (Groups, Leaderboards, Connect, Faith Guide) require a paid subscription.
 

Subscriptions:

• Auto-renew unless canceled

• Are billed monthly or annually

• Can be canceled at any time
   

Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

SOS Devotion Cards trigger Devotion Mode via NFC.
Beta cards are plastic; retail cards are metal.
 

SOS is not responsible for:

• Device incompatibility

• Physical wear-and-tear

• User misuse or loss of the card

All SOS trademarks, logos, designs, text, and app content are owned by Save Our Souls, LLC.
 

You may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Redistribute

• Reverse engineer
   

any part of the SOS software or hardware.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app

• Circumvent subscription features

• Use SOS to promote harmful, illegal, or unsafe activity
   

SOS reserves the right to restrict access for abusive or harmful behavior.

SOS is a spiritual wellness tool.

It is not:

• Medical advice

• Psychological treatment

• A replacement for pastoral counseling
   

SOS provides no guarantee of spiritual outcomes, reduced screen time, or habit change.

SOS is not liable for:

• Loss of data

• Device incompatibility

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

Influencers and affiliates using Shopify Collabs agree to:

• Follow FTC disclosure guidelines

• Use their unique tracking link

• Promote SOS responsibly
   

Payments will follow the compensation terms agreed upon separately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
